A Blast From The Past: My First YouTube Video

Over 10 years ago (as part of my life coaching company) I put together a short video to get my thoughts out there and to give people a gentle nudge to help them back on track.

I just accidentally found this video online on an old YouTube account and it made me smile so I thought I would share it with my TRDC blog readers.

Please excuse the audio quality, it was recorded live from a friend's guitar and I never edited/enhanced it at all. You get used to it as you watch it though.

I hope that this will raise a smile or a heartbeat in some of you. Here it is:
